How to properly measure ring size?

Method 1 – measuring the internal diameter (simplest)

1. Take a ring that fits you well.
2. Place it on a ruler.
3. Measure the internal diameter – from one inner edge to the other, straight through the middle.

 Remember – we only measure the inside of the ring, not its outer edge.

 Method 2 – measuring finger circumference

1. Wrap a thin tailor's tape measure or a strip of paper around your finger.
2. Mark the spot where the ends meet.
3. Measure the length in millimeters – this will be the finger circumference.
